This site sits on the northern edge of an isalnd in the former lake. A large surface collection contains materials from the Late Paleolithic, Early Mesolithic, and Neolithic.
Excavations were undertaken in the peat and san layers along the former lake edge. All materials found date to the Early Mesolithic, and include a significant proportion of microliths, as well as a quartz crystal from the Alps.
