UCSB's department of Environment Health and Safety (EH&S) assists the Department of Anthropology in meeting its obligations for compliance with State and Federal health, safety and environmental regulations through education, auditing and monitoring, technical consultation, and the provision of direct services.

Of special note for all department researchers involved in laboratory work is a video/quiz package now available online at: http://www.lifesci.ucsb.edu/support/safety/lab_safety/

There are two modules to choose from:

• Postdoctorate Lab Training
  
• Undergraduate Lab Training
