LECTURER IN ANTHROPOLOGY OF HEALTH RECRUITMENT
The Department of Anthropology at the University of California, Santa Barbara seeks one or more lecturers broadly trained in Anthropology to teach courses across the subdisciplines, with particular emphasis on intersections of anthropological approaches to biological, ecological, and cultural dimensions of health. The lecturer will: 1) Develop and teach three large gateway courses (with max enrollment 300 students) and one upper division specialty courses 2) Teach undergraduate students pursuing the Anthropology of Health honors projects and 3) Participate in curriculum development and assessment for the health track in Anthropology.
