Biography:
I identify as an integrative anthropologist whose work connects public health, human biology, and social and cultural processes. My research focuses on health equity, maternal and reproductive health, child well-being, and the ways families and communities respond to environmental and social challenges. I am particularly interested in how climate change, household economies, parental investment, and gendered divisions of labor influence breastfeeding, nutrition, fertility decision-making, and child development. In my future research, I plan to examine how environmental stressors and social inequalities shape reproductive health and caregiving practices among marginalized and climate-vulnerable populations.

My research interests include breastfeeding, climate change, indirect maternal mortality, parental investment, and families of children with developmental disabilities.
